The public reception office of the Nur Otan National Democratic Party has solved more than half of the 80,000 complaints received from Kazakh citizens in 2011. This nursery school had been renting the building. The Nur Otan Party helped the pre-school establishment obtain its own building.

Zhumabek Zhaksylykov, Nursery School Director:
- Since the lessor can change its rent fee, we took the decision to buy the nursery school out if we have such an opportunity.

Zhumazhan Zhukenov, Director, Public Reception Office, Nur Otan People’s Democratic Party:
- We have helped the nursery school under the 2020 Business Road Map programme and bought the building out. Now, the fee is simplified. Being situated here, this nursery school employs more employees including teachers and the number of children attending grows as well.

258 public reception offices of Nur Otan are currently operating around Kazakhstan. The Central office of the party annually awards the most outstanding party members. The city of Astana recently staged an award ceremony for the participants of the contest. Thus, the Grand Prize went to the reception office of the capital city’s office. The South Kazakhstan region branch received first place, while the Almaty region branch got second place. Meanwhile, the Zhambyl and Akmola regional branches of the Nur Otan party shared third place.
