Astana is the spiritual capital of the world, said People’s Artiste of USSR Iosif Kobzon ahead of the international conference entitled «Spiritual culture, a key to global transformation». The Conference will begin on October 18, and the Presidium Council of the Spiritual Culture Forum was elected the day before the event. On Spiritual Harmony Day conference participants and all those interested will be able to watch a documentary entitled «Kazakhstan. A dialogue through the steppe» filmed by Armand Assante. The world premiere has already been held in New York City. The film tells a story about the formation of an independent state and the main achievements of Kazakhstan. The famous Hollywood actor was inspired to make the film thanks to the Forum of Spiritual Culture which was held in 2010. Bulgaria and India have already expressed their intention to host this significant event. However, the World Forum of Spiritual Culture should be staged specifically in Astana, according to its organizers.
