In the interview to the Liter Kazakhstan newspaper he said that if one of the shareholders sells his share, the oil company of Azerbaijan will purchase it. It is assumed to extract the first oil and the deposit in December 2012 or at the beginning of 2013. Oil reserves of the deposit equal to 11 billion barrels and general geologic reserves of raw material of this oil deposit account for 35 billion barrels. It is the largest oil reserve in the world after the opening of the Prudhoe Bay deposit opened in Alaska in 1968.
