The Food Contract Corporation has increased the price of extra purchases of grain to the state reserve to 21 thousand tenge.
On his Twitter account, the Kazakh Minister of Agriculture Assylzhan Mamytbekov has written that the Food Contract Corporation will purchase an extra 3 million tonnes of grain for the state reserve at 21 thousand tenge per tonne. Sometime earlier, the corporation had planned to purchase 5 million tonnes of grain and then increased this amount to 8 million tonnes.
